Oracle HR Incentive Compensation Lead Must Have Skills: Five or more years of functional experience in Oracle Incentive Compensation Workbench and Individual Compensation Distribution. Candidates also need to have five years of experience in Oracle HR with global implementation experience as well as a deep fundamental knowledge of various compensation plans including stock option and pay for performance plans. Candidates must have Lead experience.Job Description: Responsibilities for this position will include leading the compensation track, facilitating workshops, and providing compensation leading practices to compensation programs. The person who is awarded this position will also act as a mentor and impart Oracle knowledge to those working under them.
