Project Manager-VOIP Skills Required:Project management-5yrsVoIP implementations-2yrsAvaya PBX / Audix -5yrs Cisco internetworking -1yr Job Description: -Duties may include: Voice system data gathering, system configuration, call-flow design / review, process documentation, order generation, schedule coordination and complete change control lifecycle including testing, implementation and verification of VoIP systems. Written notifications to business clients regarding the proposed upgrade schedule and plan. Written and verbal communications with vendors regarding order requirements and status updates. Communicating with vendors and office contact during and after the cutover to verify operations. The hours of coverage: 8 hour days - two shifts between 8:00 a.m and 11:00 p.m.
