Web Developer Company & Position Info Reporting to the VP of Product Development, the candidate will participate in the development and production of interactive, online design projects for the company. By employing the latest interactive technologies, the candidate will deliver rich and exciting user experiences and raise product & brand awareness to a new level. We seek an independent, responsible, motivated and dynamic person looking to integrate into an experienced, creative and ambitious team. Qualifications & Requirements Extensive experience in hand coding of HTML, XHTML, CSS, and familiarity with web standards and CSS-driven layouts Experience with JavaScript programming and solid understanding of DOM, DHTML and AJAX Experience with version control systems like CVS Solid understanding of cross-browser/platform issues and code solutions. Experience with at least one server-side scripting language (i.e. Perl, PHP, TCL, etc.) and web server platform (Apache, IIS, etc.) Knowledge of related applications, such as graphics tools, CMS, network applications, etc Expertise with any major computing platform and operating system (Windows, Mac, Unix) and comfortable familiarity with other platforms. Excellent time management, problem solving, teamwork, and written and verbal communication skills BA or BS degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience Experience with JSF, JSP, Tapestry, XML, XSL/XSLT, or Flash and ActionScript 2.0 a plus
