Director of Real Estate Lending Responsible For Ensuring Credit Union Compliance With Regulatory Requirements. Underwrite And Approve Real Estate Loan Requests In Conformance With Secondary Mortgage Market Standards. Design And Implement New Credit Union Real Estate-related Loan Services. Work With Appraisers, Title Companies, Escrow, PMI And Other Vendors To Ensure High Quality In Real Estate Secured Loans. Supervise Staff To Support Origination And Servicing Of The Credit Unions Real Estate Portfolio. Update Policies, Internal Procedures, Lending Policy, And Loan Servicing Manuals As Needed. Assists Credit Union In Approval Process With Government Agencies Such As FHA/VA, And FNMA. Ensures Mortgage Rates Are Within Market And Makes Recommendations For Any Changes. Coordinates Pooling And Sale Of Real Estate Loans To Secondary Market Sources. Assists Collections In Foreclosures And Forbearances. Any And All Other Duties As Assigned. Job Requirements: ?Bachelors Degree In Business Administration Or Related Field, And/or Training; Or Equivalent Combination Of Education And Experience. ?Five Years Real Estate Experience, With A Minimum Of Two Years Management. ?Knowledge Of Word, Excel, And All Other Related Credit Union Software Programs, And Strong Leadership And Interpersonal Skills.
