The Ideal Candidate Will Have Many Years Of Landscape/Hardscape And Superintendent Field And Office Experience - Including Thorough Knowledge Of Estimating And Construction For Masonry, Concrete, Custom Hardscape Materials And Finishes. Other Responsibilities Include, Business Knowledge Of Bidding, Ability To Do Hardscape Take Offs, Hands-on Field Knowledge, Ability To Manage 20-50 Employees And Multiple Jobs, With The Ability To Suggest Design And Order Materials For Job Efficiencies, Field Leadership And Office Management Skills. The Position May Have Operational Authority Over Multiple Offices, And Reports To The VP Of Field Operations. Possessing A B License Is Preferred And Speaking Spanish A Strong Plus.
