Program Manager -Pleasanton, CA -6 months Right-to-Hire Program Manager Location: Pleasanton, CA Duration: 6 months Right-to-Hire Description: - A program manager will manage Program. - They manage a project utilizing proprietary process for Project Management. - They also manage supply and demand to ensure adequate resources are available and delivery commitments are met. - They act as the primary interface for the business partners and the initiative. - They manage timelines, status reports and statistics. - Collaborate on the development of the IT Strategic Planning for the DCAC Program - Develop Strategic Business Cases - Identify vendors and engage for work and recommendations - Direct and ensure Integrated Program Management - Lead the technical integration across strategic projects - Ensure consistent use of PM Methods & Tools - Report Status & Metrics to Sponsors - Coordinate resources across Client-IT - Manage Scope, Issues, Change and Risk Management - Coordinate and Manage all Program Escalations - Communicate with Sponsors and Managers, including publishing dashboards - Budget planning and financial management Required Skills: - 10+ years of Program management in a large scale application migration and deployment capacity. - Healthcare technology…………Preferred - Prior Client experience………….Preferred
