Customer Service

Respond to customer inquiries and/or complaints via phone, letters, email, and/or chat in contact centers.
Promote products and services, fulfill customer requests and ensure customer retention and satisfaction.
You will be assigned to one of the four call centers based on business needs.

Requires strong communication skills (both written and oral). Two (2) years Customer service experience.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Basic knowledge of Word, Excel, and Lotus Notes. Typing skills and data entry are a must. Attendance and punctuality are essential for this position. Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred.

High school diploma or equivalent required. Other education preferred
