TSI Group, Inc. is seeking a Controller to oversee the financial merger of three newly acquired companies in greater Los Angeles, California. The Position The Controller will oversee the financial merger of three newly acquired companies in Los Angeles (Burbank, Hawthorne and Placentia). Reporting directly to the CFO, the Controller will direct, plan, control and coordinate the overall financial activities of the newly acquired companies and will manage finance, cash management, local tax and regulatory compliance, accounting and reporting, forecasting, and budgeting. The successful candidate will be an accomplished financial executive with experience in corporate finance management with specific experience in job cost manufacturing, strategic planning and the financial management of merging entities. | |
